The Flour Exchange building construction began in 1892. This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We started working at this property in the spring of 2024. Our maintenance department responds daily, checking common areas, vacancies and mechanical rooms. Our HVAC team is contracted for the quarterly rooftop unit and air handling unit filter changes as well as weekly boiler checks. We respond as need to keep tenants and common areas at comfortable temperatures.
