Fixed Assets has been working at this property since 2016. We police the grounds and maintain the trash cans along the front of the building. Our building services technicians respond on an as-needed basis to various needs around the center including leak repairs, ceiling tile replacement, rekeys, door and water heater repairs. Our construction crew has completed multiple tenant improvements. We also worked on and managed the completion of the remodel of the facade.
