Project Overview

We started training for maintenance at this property in September 2017. We complete the quarterly HVAC maintenance on the rooftop units. We also complete the weekly check of the building’s boiler system and a daily check of the surgery center’s boilers. We respond to HVAC service on an as-needed basis and sometimes only remotely through the building’s EMS system. We complete daily maintenance rounds of common areas and tenant spaces. We complete monthly fire life safety procedures, regulatory documentation and other tasks needed to keep the building Joint Commission compliant. Our construction crew has rebuilt sheetrock areas that were damaged from various water leaks. We also have policers who pick up trash from the grounds and parking lot twice weekly.
