Fixed Assets has worked for Lake of the Isles Church since December 2019. Through the years, we have helped them with construction projects that include door and frame replacements and demoing an upper level apartment. We have also helped with maintenance projects such as sump pump replacement, running Cat5 for security cameras, replacing locks, hanging cabinets, and a multitude of other projects.

“In 2025, Lake of the Isles Lutheran Church will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the laying of its cornerstone—an incredible milestone. Reaching a century, however, comes with the ongoing challenge of caring for a historic building. As a small congregation, we realized that maintaining our church on our own was not feasible. The slate roof, aging drainage system, limited electrical capacity, recurring elevator issues, and crumbling stone walls all demanded urgent attention—often all at once. At the recommendation of a church member, Fixed Assets visited the church to conduct an initial assessment. They followed up with a realistic, phased plan to address our most pressing concerns—one that respected both our priorities and our budget. For the past six years, Fixed Assets has been an essential partner in our stewardship of this sacred space. They are conscientious, reliable, and quick to respond.
