Fixed Assets has worked for MSP Commercial since 2016. We service their portfolio as well as their national headquarters. In 2023 they purchased a single tenant building for their office. Our construction crew completely remodeled the building. At one point, it only had three walls! With our own crew, our subs and our customer’s subs, we managed the job to completion. Our HVAC crew completes the quarterly maintenance on the rooftop units and responds on an as-needed basis to any heating or cooling concerns. Our maintenance team assists with office repairs as they come up.
