Fixed Assets has helped with the maintenance of this (3) building project since the summer of 2021. We have maintenance on site weekly to help tenants hang artwork, patch sheetrock or repair doors. Our HVAC completes weekly boiler rounds and replaces the filters on the rooftop units on a quarterly basis. Our construction department has also helped with many tenant buildouts throughout this complex.
