We have worked at Gateway since December of 2022. We have a policer who responds weekly to pick up trash and make sure the mechanical room always has heat and is leak free. Our maintenance responds as needed. We have helped with door and frame replacements, painting dock doors and setting up master key systems for the property.
We provide maintenance and grounds policing services for this location.
