Fixed Assets completed a comprehensive bathroom renovation, removing the existing ceramic tile, wallpaper, sinks, and countertops. The space was upgraded with new ceramic floor tile, ceramic wall tile throughout all wet areas, and new vinyl wallpaper.
Additional improvements included a new vanity light above the mirrors, a semi-recessed trash receptacle, and custom solid-surface countertops with integrated sink bowls for a clean, modern finish.
To maximize the client’s budget, we refurbished the existing bathroom partitions and applied a durable electrostatic paint finish. This approach provided a refreshed, professional appearance while preserving and extending the life of existing components.
