Fixed Assets was privileged to construct the three most recent X Golf locations in the metro. These fall into the bar/entertainment sector and are designed and built to provide a country club atmosphere. The local franchisee trusted Fixed Assets to build these locations with true craftsmanship as to not cheapen their brand.
These were all total gut and and remodels. We worked closely with the owner, architect and designer to capture all the details that make these establishments so special.
