We started working at this property since it opened in June 2020. We complete quarterly HVAC maintenance on the rooftop units and respond to HVAC service on an as-needed basis. We help control the building’s EMS system remotely. Our maintenance team completes weekly building rounds checking in with all the tenants and checking the common areas. We complete monthly checks such as emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and elevators to name a few, keeping compliant in fire life safety. We also keep the exterior clean by picking up the trash from the grounds and parking lot on a weekly basis.
We provide maintenance, grounds policing, and HVAC services for this location.
